These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Cafe In Pokhara (“the platform”). By accessing, browsing, or listing on the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02Use of the Platform

Cafe In Pokhara is a directory that helps users discover cafes and related venues in and around Pokhara. You agree to use the platform lawfully and to avoid misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity. You must be able to form a binding agreement to create an account.

03Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

04Cafe Listings & Owner Content

If you submit a venue, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your listing content (text, photos, hours, and details) on the platform. We may review, edit for formatting, feature, or remove listings to maintain quality.

05Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes others’ rights.
• Post unlawful, harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Use the platform to spam or harass other users or venues.

06Intellectual Property

The platform’s name, design, logo, and original content are owned by Cafe In Pokhara or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Listing content remains the property of the respective owners, who are responsible for it. You may not copy or reuse platform content without permission.

07Content & Accuracy

Cafe details, opening status, pricing, and descriptions are provided for convenience and may be supplied by venue owners or third parties. We strive for accuracy, but content may change without notice. Always confirm important details directly with the venue. See our Disclaimer for more.

08Third-Party Links & Services

The platform may link to third-party websites, maps, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk.

09Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cafe In Pokhara is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on listing information, or visits to listed venues.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform, or remove listings, if these terms are violated or to protect the platform and its users. You may stop using the platform or request account deletion at any time.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to the appropriate courts of Nepal, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
